Delivery and Returns


We usually ship within 1-2 working days – shipping cost calculated during checkout and depends on delivery address and item size.

You can choose preferable shipping method during checkout process.


These are the options for returning your items:


You can return your purchase at our Chulo Interiors store, located in La Plaza de Bulevar de la Cala de Mijas, 17, La Cala de Mijas.

Remember to always take a printed copy of your purchase receipt or show it on your mobile phone.


The return rates vary depending on the shipping cost, which will be charged by delivery company. 

If you made the purchase using your account on our website: log in with your username and password. You can make a return request from the order details screen. We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-72 hours.

Returns must be made within 14 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.

Remember that you need the purchase receipt to return any item.

The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.

Bear in mind that personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a quality defect.


The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.
