The IRMA vase by Klatt Objects is a handcrafted porcelain vase whose entire body is wrapped in a graphic relief of interlocking, arrow-like forms. The silhouette is softly tapered — wide at the base, narrowing to a small round opening — so a single stem stands upright and sculptural, as in the photograph.
Fine porcelain gives the piece its weight and quiet density, while the matte blue-grey glaze keeps the surface calm and unreflective. Light does the rest: the raised pattern casts a fine web of shadows that shifts through the day, turning a simple form into something closer to a small ceramic sculpture.
