The user and their responsibilities

Browsing, accessing and using the CHULO DESIGN SL website makes you a user of it.

The CHULO DESIGN SL website provides a wide range of information, services and data. The user is responsible for using the website properly. That responsibility covers:

How prices are shown

Where prices for products and/or services are shown, the price on screen is the one in force at that moment. Prices are shown in euros and include Spanish VAT. If VAT is not included in the price, this is stated explicitly and the user is shown the full final price.

Likewise, if any other tax applies, this is stated, including any surcharges or discounts applying to the offer and any additional costs that may be passed on to the consumer or user.

Intellectual and industrial property

CHULO DESIGN SL, either in its own right or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in its website and in the elements it contains (including, without limitation, images, sound, audio, video, software and text; trade marks and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of materials used, and the computer programs required for the site to work, be accessed and be used). These are therefore works protected as intellectual property under Spanish law, and are covered by Spanish and EU legislation in this field as well as by the international treaties on the subject to which Spain is a party.

Under the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, the reproduction, distribution and public communication — including making available — of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorisation of CHULO DESIGN SL.

The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by CHULO DESIGN SL. The user may view the elements of the site and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or any other physical medium, provided this is solely and exclusively for personal, private use. The user must not remove, alter, circumvent or tamper with any protection device or security system installed on the pages of CHULO DESIGN SL.

SSL certificate (secure sockets layer)

The SSL certificate provides authentication, privacy and security for the information exchanged between CHULO DESIGN SL and the user.

CHULO DESIGN SL reserves the right to bring whatever civil or criminal proceedings it considers appropriate in respect of improper use of its website and contents, or breach of these terms.

The relationship between the user and the provider is governed by the law in force in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit it to arbitration or go to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the rules on jurisdiction and venue.

Contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer is a party are presumed to have been concluded at the place where the consumer has their habitual residence.

Electronic contracts between businesses or professionals are, in the absence of agreement between the parties, presumed to have been concluded at the place where the service provider is established.
